Cihan Anadologlu is an internationally renowned bartender, consultant of the food and beverage industry, author and co-owner of the bar CIRLCE BY CIHAN ANADOLOGLU in Munich which is located in the 1st floor at the Heart House. During the first ten months he achieved the price for the "Most innovative Bar" in Germany, he got ranked by Mixology Magazine under the Top 5 "New European Bars" and also by Drinks International under the Top 100. Also they won the very prestigeous price "Best Design Award".

Cihan Anadologlu published his first Bar Book "Bar Bibel" in September 2017 with the famous publishing house "Callwey" . You can find the book in Germany in all good sorted book selling stores and also on Amazon.

Highlights of his career have been documented through various media.. Press reports, magazines and interviews - both nationally in Germany and internationally. These have enhanced his brand enormously and express his passion  for innovating exciting food and drink concepts. Not only is he the topic of an article, Cihan also engages in journalistic activities for various newspapers and magazines developing his own sophisticated ideas and principles for the industry, giving his own expert narrative.  

Throughout his career, Cihan has been approached to contribute to various film productions and has appeared on television & radio  globally.

As an expert in his field, Cihan has opened numerous bars and restaurants around the globe. Due to his great international projects, he has worked and lived in metropolises, such as New York, Hong Kong, London and Munich.

Some of his projects have required the collaboration with selected Michelin star chefs who have always inspired Cihan to new ideas.

Cihan has dedicated four years as the executive head bartender to the world's famous Schumann's Bar in Munich.

One of his biggest achievements to date is the price of the "Bacardi Grey Goose Global Finals". Cihan received the honour of creating his own Cocktail for the Oscars 2014. A great success was in New Orleans in 2014 at the "Tales of the Cocktail" while representing Schumann´s Bar as the Head Bartender and receiving the price for the "Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar".
